Notes Medium: 250mg Cerophyl boiled for 5 minutes in 1 litre of PJ, filtered and autoclaved; a very tiny amoeba (generally below 10 microns during locomotion) with the vannellid morphotype. Grows well, usually stable up to two months after subculturing (decreases in numbers during the second month).
